What we collect. Names, phone numbers, class, subjects and area for tuition enquiries; qualifications, experience and an optional resume for teacher applications; and the review text, rating and optional video link you choose to send.

Why. To contact you about tuition, arrange demo classes, verify teachers and, with your permission, publish approved reviews.

Where it is stored and who sees it. In Conceptory's private Google Sheets and Google Drive, and WhatsApp for follow-up. Only the Conceptory owner can access them. Resumes are kept in a private folder, and enquiry details are never shown on this website.

Reviews and children. A review is published only after approval and your consent. For a student under 18, a parent or guardian must agree before a name, photo or video is shown. Submitting a review does not guarantee publication.

Your choices. You can ask us on WhatsApp to correct or delete your information, or to remove a published review.
